OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated March 19, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 60B and 61 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Maintenance Enforcement Act, is pleased to make new regulations respecting the refusal and cancellation of licences, permits and certificates under the Wildlife Act for payors in default of maintenance in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2009.
