Order in Couricil-No. 613 , Approved and Ordered APR Lieutenant Governor PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Stanley Tsao is appointed Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council; (

b) Stanley Tsao be paid as a Ministerial Assistant pursuant to the Compensation Guidelines attached to Order in Council 1310/93, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (
