OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and the Minister of Health Promotion and Protection dated July 26, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) effective April 1, 2006, revoke approval of the Medical Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2005-95 dated March 4, 2005; and (

b) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2006.
