OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated December 6, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 2 of
Chapter 244 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Justices of the Peace Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2001-449 dated September 12, 2001, by striking out "Kimberley Hulan" and substituting "Kimberley Trenholm".
