OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 16, 2004, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased: (

a) to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an approximate area of 230 square metres, situate at Cornwallis Park, Annapolis County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Cornwallis Park Development Association, a body corporate having a registered office at Cornwallis Park, Annapolis County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of approximately $1240.00, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying its estimated market value of $5.38 per square metre by its area as determined by survey; (

b) to approve the granting of a right of way by the Minister of Natural Resources with respect to Crown land, situate at Cornwallis Park, Annapolis County, and shown outlined in green on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Cornwallis Park Development Association, a body corporate having a registered office at Cornwallis Park, Annapolis County, its successors and assigns, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
