OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 20, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to amend the Poultry Insurance Plan, N.S. Reg. 339/2007 made by the Nova Scotia Crop Insurance Commission in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after April 15, 2008.
