Order in Council 2376/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1820/2001, dated August 8, 2001, appointing Dr. Kalpesh A. Raichura as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
