On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act , 2006 , Judith Koziol of North Bay be appointed as a part-time member and designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the North East Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
