OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated May 5, 2008, and pursuant to clause 10(1)(

f) and

Section 13 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, and Sections 59C and 83A of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to approve the borrowing, to a maximum of $60,000,000 in Canadian funds, from the Province of Nova Scotia from time to time by the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, to enable the Commission to meet its occasional short-term cash requirements, such borrowing to be in accordance with the terms and conditions of a Line of Credit Agreement to be entered into between the Province, as represented by the Minister of Finance, and the Commission.
