Order in Council 371/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Plan to Protect Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2025 ( No. 2)

March 13, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Plan to Protect Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2025 ( No. 2) , c. 15, which amends the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Act, 2006 , comes into force:

Schedule 13, s. 14.
