OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated September 19, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize Invest Nova Scotia entering into a net debt obligation in the form of an indemnity for the purpose of entering into a Master Lease Agreement with Halifax Port Authority, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “C” attached to and forming part of this Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
