Order in Council 549/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017 ,

Rajesh Uttamchandani of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective June 18, 2022.
