Chapter 164 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Fatality Inquiries Act, is pleased to approve the appointment of Dr. Donald Westby of New Edinburg, Digby County, as a Medical Examiner for the County of Digby, effective on and after December 17, 2002.
