OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 20, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 25 of

Chapter 323 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Off-highway Vehicles Act, is pleased to amend the Off-highway Vehicles General Regulations, N.S. Reg. 13/88, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 88-66 dated January 21, 1988, to clarify that the definition of "written permission" applies to all regulations under the Off-highway Vehicles Act, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
