Order in Council 1659/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council O.C. 1135/2016, dated July 18, 2016, be amended by adding the following French text:

Que, conformément au paragraphe 61(1) de la Loi de 1997 sur le programme Ontario au travail , John Helis de Kingston soit nommé membre à temps plein du Tribunal de l’aide sociale pour un mandat de deux ans, la nomination prenant effet à la date du présent décret.
