Order in Council 845/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

And

whereas Linda Lamoureux tendered her resignation effective March 31, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 16(1) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 ,

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act , subsection 333(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , subsection 24(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act , subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act , subsection 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 , subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , subsection 6(2) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act , subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act , subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act , subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1291/2019 be revoked effective March 31, 2020.
