OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 11, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 13(1) of

Part ll of

Chapter 250 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act, is pleased to approve Petition Numbers 37516; 37415; 37413; 37407; 37414; 37517; 37457; 37518; 37519 and authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue certificates of release to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim to the parcels of land containing a total of 3806 hectares and located in West Lakevale, Antigonish County; Meadowvale, Colchester County; Atkinson, Millvale and North Wallace Point, Cumberland County; Eight Island Lake and Stillwater, Guysborough County; and, Bedford, Halifax County as shown outlined in bold on Schedules "A" to "I", which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation.
