OIC Number: 2005 - 343 Date of Order: Jul 29, 2005 OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 20, 2005, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985, and pursuant to all other authority in her vested, is pleased to: (

a) approve the reappointment of Stewart McInnes as a director of Trade Centre Limited for the period commencing August 28, 2005, and ending August 28, 2008; (

b) approve the reappoint of Stewart McInnes as Chair of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for the period commencing August 28, 2005, and ending August 28, 2008; (

c) authorize the payment of $200.00 per day, plus reasonable expenses, to Stewart McInnes as a director of Trade Centre Limited for work involving the Trade Centre Limited; and (

d) order that the Province shall defend, negotiate or settle claims or charges made against the above appointee of the Board of Directors of the Trade Centre Limited and indemnify him from personal liability in connection with any such claim, provided, however, that the Province is satisfied that the claim arises out of his activities in relation to his appointment, and is not based on fraud or criminal activity, and where the Province so defends him, the Province will be in control of the case.
