OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 24, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective July 26, 2022, to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an Agreement with Tri-Star Industries Limited for the manufacture and lease of ambulances, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
