CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Exemptions Act (Assented to June 2, 1983) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Exemptions Amendment Act, 1983. Rev. Stat. c. E-14,

section amended Subsection 2 (1) of The Exemptions Act is amended: (

a) by striking out “$2,000” in paragraph and substituting “$4,500”; (

b) by striking out “$2,000” in paragraph and substituting “$4,500”; and (
