OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated December 5, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act , is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Donald E. Sproule of Bridgetown, Annapolis County, as member of the Natural Products Marketing Council, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2015-47, dated March 3, 2015; (

b) reappoint Ian Blenkharn of Berwick, Kings County, as member and chairman of the Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of three years commencing December 11, 2017; (

c) determine that Ian Blenkharn be remunerated for his service in the amount of $150.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling his duties as a member and chairman, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
