OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 27, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 9 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective June 17, 2002, to amend Order in Council 2001-569 dated December 7, 2001, respecting the designation of members of the Executive Council as members of the Treasury and Policy Board, a Committee of the Executive Council, to add the following names: Honourable Tim Olive Honourable Cecil P. Clarke.
