Section 20 of

Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting cost of living made by Order in Council 80-164 dated February 5, 1980, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after August 5, 1998.
