Order in Council 1652/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gerry Divaris was appointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term ending December 31, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 672/2019;

And

whereas Gerry Divaris tendered his resignation effective October 19, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , Order in Council O.C. 672/2019 be revoked effective October 19, 2019.
