Order in Council 1952/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006,

Gilbert Labine of Thunder Bay

be reappointed and redesignated as a part-time Chair of the board of directors of the North West Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of up to three years, effective November 5, 2017.
