Order in Council 1158/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 370/2014, dated the 5th day of March 2014, Salvatore Polito was appointed as a member of the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from April 20, 2014;

And

Whereas Salvatore Polito has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Salvatore Polito is hereby further reappointed as a member of the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
