OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated March 16, 2022, and pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables:

a) acquiring by gift approximately 2.9 hectares (7.2 acres) of land located at Port Clyde, Shelburne County, Nova Scotia, currently identified as PID 80066244 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, from Ann Wagner, Holliday Wagner, Charles M. Wagner, and Candace Wagner, or their executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, or approved successors and assigns, subject to the condition that Ann Wagner, Holliday Wagner, Charles M. Wagner, and Candace Wagner, or their executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, or approved successors and assigns, are able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
