Order in Council 1258/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 975/2021, dated July 8, 2021, Steve Zvi Ranot was appointed as a member of the York Regional Police Services Board for a term of three years effective from July 8, 2021.

And

whereas Steve Zvi Ranot has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 975/2021 dated July 8, 2021, appointing Steve Zvi Ranot as a member of the York Regional Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
