B.C. Reg. 314/2008 , deposited November 7, 2008, pursuant to the E-HEALTH (PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION ACCESS AND PROTECTION OF PRIVACY) ACT [Section 47]. Order in Council 797/2008, approved and ordered November 6, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) sections 1 to 7, 11 to 16, 18 to 26 and 31 to 33 of the E-Health (Personal Health Information Access and Protection of Privacy) Act , S.B.C. 2008, c. 38, are brought into force, and

(

b) sections 8 to 10 of the E-Health (Personal Health Information Access and Protection of Privacy) Act , S.B.C. 2008, c. 38, are brought into force June 30, 2009.
