Remission of additional WRAP levies

1 Remission is hereby granted to the manufacturers and distributors of non-deposit beverages in containers in Manitoba of all amounts otherwise payable by them under subsection 6(1) of the Beverage Container and Packaging Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 137/92, in respect of sales made during the period from October 1, 1993 to October 26, 1994.

1 Sont remises aux fabricants et distributeurs manitobains de boissons en contenants non consignés les sommes qu'ils étaient tenus de verser en application du paragraphe 6(1) du Règlement sur les contenants de boissons et leur emballage , R.M . 137/92, pour les ventes effectuées entre le 1 er octobre 1993 et le 26 octobre 1994.
