OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated September 14, 2020, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) issuing a Crown Grant for PIDs 30375992 and 30376008 containing approximately 0.11 hectare (0.27 acre) located in Digby County, and shown shaded in grey and outlined in bold on Schedules “A” (an overview of the lands) and “B”, which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, to 3280081 Nova Scotia Limited, or its approved successors or assigns, for $12,500; (

b) issuing a Crown Grant for PIDs 30375984, 30375976 and 30375968 containing approximately 0.61 hectare (1.5 acres) located in Digby County, and shown shaded in grey and outlined in bold on Schedules “A” (an overview of the lands), “C” and “D”, which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, to 3280082 Nova Scotia Limited, its approved successors or assigns, for $12,500; (

c) issuing a quit claim deed for PIDs 30190730, 30190698 and 30190680, containing approximately 0.19 hectare (0.47 acre) located in Digby County, and shown cross hatched and outlined in bold on Schedules “A” (an overview of the lands), and “B”, which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, to 3280081 Nova Scotia Limited, or its approved successors or assigns, for the consideration of $1.00; (

d) issuing a quit claim deed for PIDs 30190813, 30255442 and 30347975, containing approximately 1.0 hectare (2.45 acres) located in Digby County, and shown cross hatched and outlined in bold on Schedules “A” (an overview of the lands), “C” and “D”, which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, to 3280082 Nova Scotia Limited, or its approved successors or assigns, for the consideration of $1.00; and (

e) to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
