Order in Council 2382/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1000/2017, dated the 10 th day of May 2017, Douglas G. Prendergast was reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Port Hope Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective May 10, 2017;

and

whereas Douglas G. Prendergast has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1000/2017, dated May 10, 2017, reappointing Douglas G. Prendergast as a member of the Municipality of Port Hope Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date from the date this Order in Council is made.
