Order in Council 766/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Brian Killick of Sarnia be appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Brian Killick was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective February 26, 2026 by Order in Council O.C. 238/2026;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 238/2026 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
