Order in Council 673/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(9) of the Courts of Justice Act , the Honourable Justice Esther Rosenberg, a regional senior judge, be reappointed the regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the Central East Region for a fixed term of three years, effective June 1, 2021.
