Order in Council 120/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4 (1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. Elizabeth A. Urbantke, a legally qualified medical practitioner, be appointed effective the later of February 1, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made, as Regional Coroner for the West Region of Ontario comprised of the following geographical areas prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002: Essex, Chatham-Kent and Lambton; Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford; Huron and Perth; and Bruce and Grey, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
