Order in Council 644/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act , 1998 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1564/2020 dated November 26, 2020 that reappointed David Borenstein of Toronto as a part-time Physician member of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
