OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 16, 1999, pursuant to
Section 38 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, and to clause 2(1) of
Chapter 260 of the said Revised Statutes, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased, effective August 16, 1999, to assign supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Rodney J. MacDonald, a Member of the Executive Council.
