Order in Council 1279/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Endangered Species Act, 2007,

Tom Hilditch of St. Catharines, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member and re-designated as Chair of the Committee on the Status of Species at Risk in Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective December 12, 2021.
