Order in Council 1059/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act , Mary-Anne Sills of Belleville be reappointed a full-time member of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of one year, effective July 3, 2017.
