OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 18, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of certain lands containing an area of 2,046.8 square metres, more or less, situate at or near Elmsdale, County of Hants, and more particularly described in

Schedule “A” and identified as “Parcel 1” on

Schedule ‘B”, on the terms and conditions set out in

Schedule ‘C’, which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of the land to Crombie Property Holdings II Limited, a body corporate, duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
