OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 3, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Carol L. Thompson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with Jack P. Rafuse, QC, which appointment was made by Order in Council 83-478, dated April 25, 1983, and amended by Order in Council 89-1165, dated October 11, 1989; and (

b) appoint Carol L. Thompson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act for a term to expire November 30, 2004.
