OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated March 18, 1999, pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 97-509 dated July 30, 1997, by striking out "meeting" where it appears in paragraph (

b) and substituting therefor "day while carrying out business of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission"; and (

b) amend Order in Council 1998-308 dated June 25, 1998, by striking out "meeting" wherever it appears in paragraph (

c) and substituting therefor "day while carrying out business of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission".
