Order in Council 1914/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1652/2022 dated December 1, 2022, Ruminder Rai was appointed as a Deputy Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards for a period not exceeding one year;

And

whereas it is desirable to further reappoint Ruminder Rai as a Deputy Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005, as amended, Ruminder Rai be further reappointed as a Deputy Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, effective the later of December 1, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond three years.
