OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated July 26, 2018 and pursuant to Sections 13 and 15 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act , is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Jean McKenna of Halifax Regional Municipality (Porters Lake) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of three years commencing August 14, 2018; (

b) designate Jean McKenna as Chair of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board; (

c) determine the remuneration of Jean McKenna as a member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board to be $200 per meeting; (

d) appoint Kimberly Ross of New Minas, Kings County, and Stephanie Myles of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney) as members of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board, each for a term of three years commencing August 14, 2018; and (

e) determine the remuneration of Kimberly Ross and Stephanie Myles as members of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board to be $150 each, per meeting.
