On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The designation as a King’s Highway described in Order in Council OC -2851/70, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of York as Instrument 85936B, be amended so as to cease to apply within the limits of

Part 3 on Ministry Plan P-3120-19.
