Order in Council 1125/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Township of Curtis (annulled), in the District of Algoma, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-8249-5, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on April 20, 2018; and

the portion of highway in the Township of Hughes (unsubdivided), in the District of Algoma, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-8247-4, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on April 20, 2018,

be designated as secondary highway pursuant to

section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P. 50 as amended; and

Order in Council O.C. 1417/76 dated May 19, 1976, designating the above mentioned highway as secondary highway, shown on Ministry Plan P-8198, be amended so as to cease to apply to the portions of highway shown as

Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-8249-5 and

Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-8247-4 filed as described above.
