OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 27, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Connie Speight, made pursuant to Order in Council 95-338, dated April 19, 1995; and (
b) appoint Connie Scott of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Municipality of the County of Cumberland.
