B.C. Reg. 123/2012 , deposited May 31, 2012, pursuant to the PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITY ACT [section 76]. Order in Council 338/2012, approved and ordered May 31, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective September 1, 2012,

Section 1 (2) of the Personal Property Security Regulation, B.C. Reg. 227/2002, is amended by adding the following definition:

"personal property" includes the following:

(

a) goods, including, if and to the extent provided in subsections (3) to (5), fixtures and crops;

(

b) chattel paper;

(

c) investment property;

(

d) a document of title;

(

e) an instrument;

(

f) money;

(

g) an intangible; .
