Order in Council 894/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1316/2013, dated the 18th day of September 2013, Gerald Draaistra was reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Brighton Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from August 10, 2013;

And

whereas Gerald Draaistra has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Brighton Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Gerald Draaistra is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Brighton Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
