Order in Council 507/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6.1(1) of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act ,

Eric Everett

of Toronto be appointed as the Commissioner of Emergency Management to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding six months, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
